Emunah Alert provides inspirational and Torah-based notifications throughout the day to help users strengthen their emunah and connection to Hashem.
The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Access to the Service requires signing in using Apple Sign-In.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your device and Apple account
All activity that occurs through your account
By using Emunah Alert, you acknowledge and consent to receiving notifications based on your preferences.
You may:
Adjust notification settings at any time
Disable notifications through your device settings
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to disrupt, damage, or misuse the App
Reverse engineer, copy, or modify any part of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
All content in the App — including text, messages, designs, branding, and code — is owned by Emunah Alert or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We make no guarantees regarding:
The uninterrupted availability of the Service
The impact or outcomes of any messages or reminders
Content is provided for inspiration and chizuk only and is not a substitute for personal guidance or rabbinic advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emunah Alert shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any loss resulting from use or inability to use the Service
Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access:

If these Terms are violated
If the Service is discontinued
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
